Week 06 - EM00 to EM12 are all part of the 12-week Self-Mastery course.
Before you start this course you must have completed our free mandatory introduction 00 EM.
While you can view any week as stand-alone, the course is designed to build on foundations. We recommend that the most significant benefit is moving progressively through the weeks, building your skills one week at a time.

During this week learners will discover more about the importance of:

• Factors to support Happiness #1 and #2

This module has 13 units, several are very practical. There are 7 shorter and 6 longer a total of 94 minutes.
