EM 02: Mindfulness and its Skills (EM02)


Description
Week 02 - EM00 to EM12 are all part of the 12-week Self-Mastery course.
Before you start this course you must have completed our free mandatory introduction 00 EM.
While you can view them as stand-alone, the course is designed to build on foundations. We recommend that the most significant benefit is moving progressively through the weeks, building your skills one week at a time.

During this week we will consider the tools we use in Mindfulness.
The objectives for week two include:
* Becoming familiar with the concept of Mindfulness
* Learn the core components of mindfulness practice, being the What and How skills
* Explore the concepts of the Wise Mind and the Middle Path
* Practice mindfulness sessions for Observe, Describe and Participate.
* Begin to see the benefits of mindfulness practice in your life.
