Description
Week 01 - EM00 to EM12 are all part of the 12-week Self-Mastery course.
Before you start this course you MUST have completed our free mandatory introduction 00 EM.

While you can view each learning item (Snapshot, Digging Deeper, or Practically Speaking) as stand-alone, the course is designed to provide you with background and then practice to grow your knowledge.

We recommend that you'll get the most significant benefit by moving progressively through the content. In this way, you can build your skills one thread at a time.


This week Learners are introduced to assumptions and to the following content.

• Whole Health Tool
• Contributors to Happiness
• Mindfulness, Wise Mind
• STOP /Pause, Notice, Choose
• Being effective vs being right

Love After Love

The time will come
when, with elation
you will greet yourself arriving
at your own door, in your own mirror
and each will smile at the other's welcome,

and say, sit here. Eat.
You will love again the stranger who was yourself.
Give wine. Give bread. Give back your heart
to itself, to the stranger who has loved you

all your life, whom you ignored
for another, who knows you by heart.
Take down the love letters from the bookshelf,

the photographs, the desperate notes,
peel your own image from the mirror.
Sit. Feast on your life.
